All orders will be delivered via our preferred courier, nationally and internationally. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
Please note that all duties and taxes that are incurred when importing goods to your specific country of residence are liable to the customer and will not be paid for by Sartori Sartori.
When importing to the USA you may be required to supply your Social Security Number in order for your goods to clear customs.
We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

Within the UAE – we offer a FREE shipping service
GCC – Dhs 50 up to 1kg then add Dhs 25 per 500g over and above this.
Middle East & Europe – Dhs 150 up to 1kg then add Dhs 25 per 500g over and above this.
All other International - Dhs 200 up to 1kg then add Dhs 50 per 500g over and above this.
Orders are usually dispatched within two working days following the date of order and delivery times are scheduled from this date.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email. Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day (UAE weekends are Friday & Saturday).
Please allow seven working days for delivery of goods from next working day of dispatch. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Sartori Sartori will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund or exchange (applicable to full priced goods only, sale items may only be exchanged) where goods:

If you wish for a refund, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase (Only applicable to full priced goods).
If you change your mind or make a wrong decision, we will happily assist you with an exchange, provided:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
Goods will be exchanged for other items chosen by the customer or refunded to the original card of purchase once we receive the original goods from you. Return shipping must be a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Sartori Sartori takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
The original shipping charges are non refundable but; if you are exchanging for an alternative item (applicable to full price items only), Sartori Sartori will cover the return shipping cost provided the items are returned via our specified courier (directions will be included in your original package). You will then be issued with credit to your account to use within one year of original purchase date.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa.
The following items are non-exchangeable for other items: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, jewelry, accessories.

Once your return/exchange has been approved, you will receive return courier instructions along with a returns sheet, a RMA number, commercial invoice form and if entitled to Free return shipping; a courier account number to quote.
