Guest Artist: Trudi Sissons

It is my pleasure to introduce to you one of the guest artists for the Summer 2011 collection; Trudi Sissons from Two Dresses Studio, Canada. Trudi produces possibly THE most creative, contemporary and just simply fabulous artwork I have come across in years and has very kindly contributed the surface design prints for the Summer 2011 collection. She has created an all over print, two placement prints and a bespoke design for this seasons swing tags exclusively for Sartori Sartori!

Designer Bio:
Trudi Sissons is a mixed-media artist/illustrator and amateur photographer living in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Her current interests include textural applications in surface design utilizing her digital illustrations.  One day Trudi hopes to live in a glass cottage/art studio overlooking the Pacific Ocean on Canada’s western coastline with her life partner, her super-dog and two dresses (just in case one gets dirty).  In the meantime, she welcomes visitors to stop by her virtual studio at:  www.twodressesstudio.blogspot.com or her store at: www.twodresses.etsy.com.  Her work has been featured in Somerset Apprentice, Digital Studios and Art Blogger as well as several online publications.
